They�ll be banned by 343 though. You will be signed in using your gamertag to the halo support report a player form; For me, it completely devalues what is otherwise a brilliant experience. There is no way to report the in game chat, however. I just want to press a quick button in game sayingreport for unsportsmanlike conduct and be done with it. If you are a pc player and you have been waiting a long time to play halo on the pc, you will want to check out some of the hacks mentioned above.
